Mental Health Program
for Young Adults

We’ll get through this, together

Available virtually and in select in-person locations in the following States:

Young adulthood can be a complicated time of transitions.

Are you feeling….

  • Worried about your future?
  • Uncertain about your options?
  • Pressure to make major decisions?
  • Anxiety about social expectations?

If any of this sounds familiar to you, our team of behavioral health experts is here to help. We work with young adults to develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans in a compassionate and convenient way, offering evening and weekend appointments both virtually and in-person (in select locations) with no waitlist.

Our program, led by a team of therapists, psychiatrists, and certified coaches, supports 17-26 year-olds experiencing:

  • anxiety, depression, or avoidance that interferes with daily life
  • difficulty making important life decisions
  • changes in behavior or mood that affect school, home, relationships, and/or self-care

Together, we will set achievable goals and work towards a brighter future.
